After a days shooting in LA, during one of my most exciting projects yet, I found myself watching the world go by and asking myself that rhetorical question..  “How the hell have I ended up here?”

Despite being 30, I still feel like that kid from Swindon who made skateboard videos for fun. Yet 15 years later there I was across the pond in LA shooting an online parody for a huge client with the creators of Twitter, Linked In, Facebook, Just Eat, Huffington Post and the creator of the internet, Tim Berners Lee .

So back to the bar with a beer on the table, I jotted down some notes on my iphone and headed out to shoot something on Venice Beach. The aim was to try and make sense of those seemingly irrelevant decisions I’ve made along the way and to hopefully create a video that I can watch back occasionally to remind myself to keep following my heart and working towards what I believe in.
