The World Economic Forum in Davos is a weird and wonderful place to work, where getting stuck in a gondola with Will I Am or making small talk with Bill Gates in a dark corner of a party suddenly become standard procedure.

A place where you go sledding down a pitch black mountain as it’s the fastest route to your next booking and have to run past armed guards because HRH Prince of Wales wants to go meet Donald Trump but his team didn’t think to check if you had the right passes to be there to capture it for him.

Luckily for me, none of us had the right pass, not even HRH himself.
